6pm - 7pm @ Flyers Field concession stand

Football player documents required for League representative to review & stamp approved:
>Original birth certificate
>Copy of birth certificate
>Copy of most recent (2024) report card/ letter from residing school district.
Original birth certificates will be returned after league review.
